This care package includes items to record the milestones and memories while our FIGHTERS are in the NICU.

Bereavement Box

Given to families to help with the difficult loss of a child. Box includes an angel bear, keepsake ornament, remembrance candle, linked circles necklace, plaster casting kit, wildflower seeds, and a sympathy card. There is also a special place in the box for memorabilia from the NICU team.

Remembrance Ornament

An ornament in honor of a baby who was given wings. This ornament can be customized to add a name or year.
